Splitrock Estate Management is a boutique services company founded in 2014 by husband and wife team, Budd & Stephanie Kelley which channels their passion for home and lifestyle management. Each bring their own strengths to any opportunity. Budd’s background in millwork, integration and custom building and Stephanie’s organizational skills and common-sense processes, deliver smooth and seamless operation of your home.

Splitrock was always intended to focus on and service discerning clients who appreciate excellence, “fewer clients, better service”. We currently work with a few families who have multiple properties that we manage throughout the year. Our smaller client-base allows us to deliver a variety of known and unknown requests daily.
